Responsibilities
- Discover agency problems onsite and translate them into compliant solutions tied to mission outcomes.
- Design, configure, integrate, extend, test, and ship AI agents, workflows, automations, integrations, and data pipelines using Axon’s platform and products.
- Own deployment, adoption, optimization, and ongoing customer success for working solutions in production.
- Build and deploy AI-powered workflows involving agents, prompts, RAG, and evaluations, then drive hands-on adoption with end users.
- Assess workflows, define success metrics and baselines, and iterate based on usage, workflow impact, adoption, and mission outcomes.
- Troubleshoot onsite and coordinate root-cause resolution across Product, Engineering, Support, and Services.
- Build relationships with agency leadership and operational stakeholders and lead QBRs, mission reviews, and strategic planning.
- Capture customer insights, workflow patterns, and adoption barriers to influence Product and Engineering roadmaps.
- Turn one-off implementations into reusable playbooks and operational frameworks and identify expansion opportunities based on demonstrated impact.
- Maintain a consistent onsite presence of approximately 3–4 days per week and support Sales-to-Post-Sales onboarding and handoff.
Requirements
- Typically 8+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, program management, operational transformation, or complex deployment environments.
- Demonstrated experience shipping working automations, agents, workflows, integrations, or AI-enabled tools in customer environments, including configuring products and writing integration logic.
- Ability to work across hardware, software, cloud, AI-enabled technologies, and integrated systems.
- Strong communication skills with technical teams and senior stakeholders, including command staff in mission-critical environments.
- Ability to own ambiguous, fast-changing work and navigate priorities across Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Services.
- Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS compliance and adhere to security standards.
- Former law enforcement or military experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience in public safety, law enforcement, corrections, or other mission-critical operational environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with Records, Evidence, digital workflows, AI-enabled platforms, or integrated public safety ecosystems is preferred.
- Background in forward-deployed engineering, solutions architecture, or operational transformation at scale is preferred.
