Responsibilities
- Understand client and product requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, and maintain software modules and solutions.
- Design, automate, and execute software validation test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Identify defects, perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot issues, and recommend performance improvements.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and code comments.
- Coordinate daily project status, progress tracking, release activities, and reporting.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, analysts, functional teams, and engineering staff.
- Provide customer support, capture requirements and clarifications, respond to requests, and track reported faults.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, on-time delivery, and quality objectives.
- Participate in continuing education and complete assigned certifications.
Requirements
- Experience with software development, testing, validation, debugging, and software lifecycle activities is required by the responsibilities of the role.
- Ability to develop and automate test cases and validation processes.
- Ability to analyze requirements, system flows, data usage, software issues, and performance concerns.
- Ability to document solutions and prepare accurate project, status, MIS, and quality reports.
- Ability to collaborate with clients and cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong customer communication and professional business interaction skills.
- Willingness to learn new programming languages and participate in ongoing training and certifications.
