Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication on project objectives and deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience with Workday Core Integrations.
- At least three years of overall experience is stated in the posting.
- Proficiency in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions and Workday Core Integrations.
- Experience with Workday integration design patterns and related middleware technologies.
- Strong knowledge of application configuration and customization in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques.
- Understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements in software integration.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
