Responsibilities
- Recommend, develop, maintain, and support ServiceNow platform configurations and customized solutions.
- Translate business and technical requirements into design elements and develop use cases in cooperation with the business.
- Drive development in alignment with the ServiceNow architect, platform roadmap, governance, and related processes.
- Serve as a technical support resource and point of contact for ServiceNow-related questions.
- Provide training on new ServiceNow features and increase platform awareness among stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with application developers to support streamlined data management and integration behavior.
- Recommend solutions to the business and manage stakeholder expectations.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Advanced ITSM, CSM, and SPM knowledge, with foundational-to-awareness-level knowledge of CMDB.
- Fundamental knowledge of integrations and APIs, including REST basics and simple batch integrations.
- Awareness-to-foundational knowledge of Jira connectivity and basic synchronization.
- Awareness of SAP MDG/S4 and the ability to implement patterns under supervision.
- At least two Certified Implementation Specialist certifications.
- Working experience with ITIL and Agile project methodology.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect certification is advantageous.
