Responsibilities
- Conduct technical discovery with prospective customers and help identify, qualify, and disqualify opportunities.
- Define evaluation criteria, manage customer evaluations, and create strategic visions tied to business outcomes.
- Guide customers in deploying Mistral models and products into cloud, on-premise, and existing infrastructure.
- Support customer onboarding, integration, production setup, and deployment from the GPU stack through infrastructure and application interfaces.
- Develop custom customer features and relay customer feedback to product and technical teams.
- Define and track proof-of-concept success metrics and coordinate internal and customer teams as a program leader.
Requirements
- Relevant scientific degree such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering.
- Experience as a DevOps professional, Site Reliability Engineer, or Cloud Solution Architect.
- Experience deploying and managing AI-based products in production environments.
- Fluency in Python and experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment tools.
- Deep understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premise infrastructure.
- Experience in customer-facing roles and strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Foundational knowledge of AI, machine learning, and data science, plus the ability to connect technology to business value.
- Adaptability, resilience, and a results-driven approach; familiarity with sales qualification concepts is preferred.
