Base Salary
$180k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build low-latency, scalable, and reliable model inference and serving systems for SSM foundation models.
- Build highly parallel data processing and evaluation infrastructure for foundation model training.
- Collaborate with research and product engineering teams to translate research into products.
- Navigate complex codebases and monorepos while writing clean, maintainable code.
- Deliver zero-to-one results with technical leadership and significant autonomy.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering skills and the ability to work in complex codebases and monorepos.
- Experience building large-scale distributed systems with high performance, reliability, and observability requirements.
- Comfort adapting to new technologies and working with Go and Python on the backend and Next.js on the frontend.
- Technical leadership skills and the ability to execute amid ambiguity.
- Background or experience with machine learning and generative models is preferred.
