Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate the enterprise AI Hub with shared services, deployment frameworks, and developer tooling.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, automated testing, and release processes for AI and machine learning workloads.
- Implement model registries, prompt repositories, vector database integrations, orchestration frameworks, and agent runtime environments.
- Build observability solutions for monitoring, logging, tracing, performance metrics, and cost visibility.
- Establish platform standards for security, identity management, governance, compliance, auditability, and responsible AI.
- Partner with AI Architects to turn platform designs into scalable production environments and reusable services.
- Create self-service capabilities, templates, SDKs, reference architectures, and reusable components for engineering teams.
- Optimize platform reliability, performance, scalability, service-level objectives, and operational efficiency.
- Manage cloud-native AI infrastructure across cloud and hybrid environments, including containerized and serverless workloads.
- Drive infrastructure-as-code, policy-as-code, automated governance, emerging technology evaluation, and platform cost optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in platform engineering, cloud engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or infrastructure engineering.
- Hands-on experience designing and operating cloud platforms and internal developer platforms.
- Strong expertise with infrastructure-as-code technologies and CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab, or Jenkins.
- Deep understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring, logging, tracing, and observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, or Splunk.
- Experience with identity and access management, secrets management, enterprise security controls, and highly available production systems.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar technologies.
- Experience supporting AI, machine learning, or GenAI platforms in production, including model lifecycle management, MLOps, LLMOps, model registries, and AI governance.
- Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Databricks, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or vector databases.
- Knowledge of Responsible AI, model monitoring, prompt management, AI compliance, and relevant Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, or Terraform certifications.
