Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales on complex enterprise sales cycles and value-based selling engagements.
- Translate maintenance and reliability challenges into quantified business impact, including downtime reduction, labor efficiency, backlog reduction, and asset availability.
- Develop ROI models, business cases, and value narratives aligned with customer priorities.
- Advise customers as a maintenance and reliability subject matter expert on preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance strategies.
- Assess current-state maintenance processes and design future-state workflows aligned with operational best practices.
- Lead discovery sessions, solution design workshops, and tailored demonstrations for technical and executive audiences.
- Support opportunity qualification, deal strategy, and customer engagement planning.
- Provide customer and field insight feedback to Product and Services teams.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in maintenance engineering, reliability engineering, plant operations, or industrial solution engineering.
- Deep practical understanding of plant maintenance execution and reliability programs.
- Experience in process industries such as chemicals, oil and gas, mining, or power generation.
- Knowledge of maintenance KPIs including MTBF, MTTR, planned versus unplanned work, maintenance backlog, schedule compliance, wrench time, labor productivity, asset availability, and OEE where applicable.
- Experience working with or alongside EAM or CMMS platforms such as SAP PM/EAM or IBM Maximo.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior operational and executive stakeholders.
- Preferred experience in value engineering, value consulting, or economic justification of operational initiatives.
- Preferred exposure to enterprise industrial SaaS sales cycles and comfort leading whiteboard discussions on maintenance processes and value drivers.
