Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks for reusable regression testing.
- Develop and execute automated functional, regression, API, and end-to-end test suites.
- Integrate automated testing into Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and functional testers to define scenarios and validate fraud journeys and business flows.
- Build and maintain test data management solutions, stubs, and non-production environment dependencies.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and track them through closure using JIRA/Xray.
- Improve automation coverage, shift-left testing practices, and testing frameworks to reduce manual effort and production defects.
- Participate in requirements analysis, design discussions, acceptance-criteria development, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- In-depth technical knowledge and experience in the assigned area of expertise.
- Experience building scalable test automation frameworks with Playwright, Selenium, and Cucumber/BDD.
- Experience developing automated functional, regression, API, and end-to-end tests using Playwright, Selenium, RestAssured, Postman, and Karate.
- Experience integrating automation suites into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab.
- Experience collaborating across engineering, product, and testing functions to validate business requirements and workflows.
- Experience with test data management, stubs, environment dependencies, defect analysis, and tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred experience with distributed machine learning systems, OpenShift, AWS, Chef, Docker, Kubernetes, Rally, JIRA, Confluence, and Stash.
- Ability to advise and influence decisions, manage risk and controls, communicate complex information, and take ownership of work outcomes.
