Responsibilities
- Review client materials and prepare queries in a timely manner.
- Program online market research surveys end to end on the ConfirmIT Professional Authoring platform.
- Develop custom setups using jQuery, HTML, and CSS, and implement Conjoints, MaxDiff, algorithmic designs, segmentation and typing tools, and image highlighters.
- Recommend efficient programming approaches and optimal data layouts.
- Develop innovative and non-standard solutions to programming challenges.
- Prepare surveys for fielding and create data templates and field-progress reports.
- Respond to data validation team queries in a timely manner.
- Contribute to process improvements, department efficiency, and new programming practices.
- Support training and mentoring of junior team members.
Requirements
- At least five years of hands-on programming experience using ConfirmIT Professional Authoring.
- Bachelor's degree in Science (IT), B.Tech (IT), M.Sc. (IT), Master's in Computer Applications (MCA), or equivalent.
- Ability to multitask and balance multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop creative solutions.
- Knowledge of Decipher is desirable.
- Market research experience, preferably with healthcare surveys, is desirable.
- Organized, self-motivated, self-directed, willing to learn new techniques, and able to communicate effectively.
