Responsibilities
- Perform functional, integration, API, regression, exploratory, and release-validation testing.
- Review requirements and acceptance criteria to identify quality risks, gaps, and unclear behavior.
- Document defects with reproduction steps, expected and actual results, and supporting evidence.
- Develop and maintain automated end-to-end and API integration tests.
- Investigate failed or unstable automated tests and improve test-suite reliability.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and the QA Lead to resolve quality issues.
- Communicate quality risks before deployment and own product quality across the development and release lifecycle.
- Use approved AI tools to improve testing productivity and quality.
Requirements
- Practical experience testing web applications.
- Experience developing and maintaining automated tests.
- Experience with end-to-end testing using TypeScript or JavaScript and Playwright.
- Experience with API integration testing using Python.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, product understanding, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in forex, trading, cryptocurrency, or financial services is indicated as the likely current background.
