Base Salary
$70k - $115k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own lifecycle management, reliability, security, and performance of the enterprise SaaS ecosystem.
- Drive enterprise-wide AI adoption by evaluating and deploying Slack AI and Google Gemini features.
- Build automated release pipelines and enforce data governance.
- Translate vendor technical roadmaps into strategic long-term plans.
- Manage complex cross-functional projects from inception through delivery.
- Partner with security and engineering teams to replace redundant tooling.
- Serve as a tier-3 escalation point and use automation to reduce workplace friction.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of software or systems engineering experience designing and maintaining scalable SaaS architectures.
- Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, or Zapier.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, AI integration, SaaS operations, release management, RBAC, and enterprise tooling administration.
- Knowledge of Apache Kafka and RESTful APIs.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
