Base Salary
$230k - $390k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build Sierra’s platform primitives for agent development, orchestration, and deployment
- Design runtime systems, developer tooling, and internal infrastructure for reliable and steerable agents
- Build tools and workflows that help engineers build and deploy agents faster
- Create reliable, maintainable, secure systems that scale
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience building production systems
- Degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience building reliable, maintainable, secure, and scalable systems
- Preferred experience building developer platforms or SDKs
- Preferred experience with distributed systems
- Preferred experience building AI-powered products
- Preferred technical project leadership experience
