Responsibilities
- Align and manage continuous integration, continuous deployment, and monitoring processes for applications.
- Plan and execute DevOps pipelines across the application lifecycle and toolchain.
- Manage IT infrastructure, onboard applications, and configure and customize DevOps tools for client needs.
- Create user-access workflows and provide access according to defined processes.
- Develop coding and scripting integrations between software releases, operating systems, and production infrastructure.
- Automate testing and deployment activities in DevOps environments.
- Provide internal and external customer support, resolve tool tickets within required turnaround times, and perform root-cause analysis of critical or recurring issues.
Requirements
- Mandatory DevOps skills.
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Ability to collaborate with development teams on coding and scripting for deployment and infrastructure integrations.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, follow escalation processes, and support customers across multiple platforms.
