Responsibilities
- Develop next-generation cloud streaming technology for virtual desktop infrastructure experiences.
- Design, implement, and evolve tools and techniques for analyzing and improving the visual quality and responsiveness of cloud streaming.
- Partner with peers and technical leadership to deliver sound technical designs and architectures.
- Perform software development activities including design, implementation, testing, maintenance, documentation, and delivery.
- Own engineering activities and deliverables end to end, from ideation through delivery.
- Solve ambiguous and challenging technical problems and lead by example on product craftsmanship.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field and technical engineering experience coding in C++ or equivalent experience.
- Solid C++ development and debugging skills.
- C#, Java, or Python experience is advantageous.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment on a shared code base.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
