Responsibilities
- Architect and build a proprietary agentic AI stack and in-house health insurance platforms.
- Develop backend pipelines to ingest and validate medical data through NHCX.
- Automate clinical scrutiny and claims adjudication using agentic workflows.
- Build predictive fraud, waste, and abuse scoring models and real-time provider risk analysis.
- Architect secure bidirectional interoperability using HL7 FHIR and ABDM standards.
- Develop automated provider onboarding, tariff updates, network insights, and agentic backend services.
- Own system architecture and implementation end to end with minimal external dependencies.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in high-scale backend engineering using Python, Go, or Java.
- Proven ability to build robust, scalable distributed systems.
- Demonstrated experience building systems from scratch rather than primarily configuring SaaS tools.
- Ability and willingness to own architecture end to end.
- Experience deploying AI models or ML-backed workflows is beneficial.
- Strong mathematical and logical foundations for adopting AI and agentic technologies.
- Willingness to become proficient with Vertex AI, Gemini models, BigQuery ML, and Document AI.
- Willingness to learn agentic frameworks including LangGraph and CrewAI.
- Interest in healthcare interoperability standards including NHCX, ABDM, and FHIR-based data flows.
