Responsibilities
- Design and structure large language models for natural-language understanding and generation.
- Define and optimize neural network architectures and model parameters using large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Train, fine-tune, monitor, and evaluate language models to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot complex model development and deployment issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate language models into products and services.
- Document architectural decisions and model development processes.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and contribute to team discussions and problem-solving.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience working with Large Language Models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models and Python frameworks.
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures and natural language processing.
- Experience processing large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Ability to optimize model parameters for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with current language-model training and fine-tuning techniques.
- Experience or familiarity with Agentic Workflow and Lang Graph.
- 15 years of full-time education.
