Responsibilities
- Discover and build Glean's next product surfaces through 0-to-1 product creation.
- Lead deep opportunity discovery to identify unsolved business problems.
- Act as a technical partner to the C-suite, explaining product developments and risks.
- Scale successful products in collaboration with the core R&D team.
- Stay at the forefront of technology by working closely with Glean's engineering and product teams.
Requirements
- Think like a founder with a curiosity for business problems.
- Demonstrated track record of building production software from scratch.
- Experience shipping AI-powered solutions in real-world applications.
- Strong programming skills and understanding of enterprise systems.
- Ability to identify customer problems and connect them to product hypotheses.
- Excellent communication skills to build trust at all organizational levels.
- Judgment to assess buildability and simplify scope for faster production.
- Curiosity and resourcefulness in problem-solving.
- 4+ years in technical roles with a history of shipping production software.
- Willingness to travel 25-50%.
