Base Salary
$81k - $144k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, optimize, and implement Blue Yonder Retail Planning software solutions using industry best practices.
- Apply retail planning domain knowledge to configure and deliver solutions aligned with customer requirements and business processes.
- Lead solution design, validation tasks, and implementation timelines.
- Conduct or guide system integration, user acceptance testing, deployment, and issue resolution.
- Balance project scope, timeline, and requirements to support customer satisfaction and time to value.
- Assess out-of-scope business needs, integration complexity, architecture constraints, and product roadmaps.
- Identify incremental revenue opportunities with existing customers and communicate customer-specific product needs and enhancement business cases.
Requirements
- Minimum 6–10 years of demonstrable experience delivering Advanced Retail Planning solutions end-to-end in the retail industry.
- Demonstrable experience with the Blue Yonder Planning suite, including Planning, Assortment, or Allocation.
- Experience conducting design sessions, interpreting business requirements, mapping requirements to retail solution functionality, performing system integration, and assisting with user acceptance testing and issue resolution.
- Experience implementing solutions that leverage cloud technologies, ideally Microsoft Azure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint, for professional documents and communications.
