Base Salary
$169k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and own the architecture for Cribl’s internal AI platform and LLM deployments.
- Establish the identity and access model for AI systems, including audit logging and token governance.
- Build safe, reusable sandbox environments for AI experimentation within a governed framework.
- Design integration patterns between AI tooling and Cribl’s enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with the AI Security team to ensure compliance and security measures are integrated from the start.
- Develop platform capabilities for AI-accelerated development and secure workflows.
- Track metrics for platform reliability, usage, and business impact.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software or platform engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with modern LLM and agentic systems.
- Proven experience with identity, security, and governance frameworks.
- Expertise in designing integrations across enterprise systems and APIs.
- Ability to balance speed, reliability, usability, and governance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable creating operating models and patterns in ambiguous environments.
- Focus on measurable business impact from platform capabilities.
