Responsibilities
- Design and deploy agentic workflows and MCP systems to automate and optimize complex processes.
- Develop frameworks enabling AI-to-AI interaction and collaboration between AI systems.
- Lead research and development in explainable AI, federated learning, and privacy-preserving techniques.
- Integrate AI solutions into core platforms and workflows with cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior AI engineers and promote technical excellence and innovation.
- Ensure AI models and workflows follow ethical standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Significant hands-on AI/ML engineering experience focused on autonomous systems, agentic workflows, or multi-agent collaboration.
- Proven experience designing autonomous AI agents, multi-agent systems, or AI-to-AI collaboration frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, JAX, and cloud platforms such as GCP.
- A track record of pioneering AI solutions, contributing to open-source projects, or publishing research.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
- Open-source AI contributions, patents, or AI/ML publications are a bonus.
