Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, maintain, and improve software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Document development processes and solutions for team knowledge sharing.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Guide and support junior team members in their professional development.
Requirements
- At least five years of professional experience.
- At least two years of experience with Workday Extend.
- Proficiency in Workday Extend and Workday Learning.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle practices, agile methodologies, coding best practices, and version control systems.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code and resolve technical issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
