Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for complex business processes.
- Lead architecture and integration initiatives connecting Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems and Microsoft Azure services.
- Drive platform upgrades, migrations, and environment modernisation initiatives.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to quality, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
- Represent technical initiatives through architecture reviews, technical discussions, and community engagement.
- Use AI tools and modern engineering practices to improve software engineering workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure Functions, and Azure Service Bus.
- Experience designing and delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.
- Knowledge of modern DevOps practices and Agile delivery environments.
- Ability to make sound technical decisions, take ownership of outcomes, and mentor other engineers.
- Practical experience using AI tools in software engineering workflows and professional English proficiency.
- Preferred: Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications; experience with Python, FastAPI, Flask, Docker, PostgreSQL, Redis, Apache Kafka, and large-scale enterprise ecosystems.
