Base Salary
$135k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, develop, and deploy machine learning models for NLP and related systems.
- Implement advanced machine learning algorithms to improve AI system performance.
- Lead the processing and analysis of large, complex datasets.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of ML model development.
- Implement A/B testing and develop automated testing processes.
- Communicate technical workings and benefits of ML models to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Proven experience in building and deploying production-level machine learning models.
- Deep understanding of NLP techniques and frameworks.
- Experience with retrieval, ranking, reinforcement learning, and agent-based systems.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Excellent skills in data processing and experience with large-scale data systems.
- Familiarity with machine learning model lifecycle management tools and MLOps principles.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like GCP or Azure.
- Knowledge of industry trends in machine learning and AI.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
