Base Salary
$164k - $245k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic technical discovery with Fortune 500 prospects and customers.
- Architect robust, scalable, and secure generative AI solutions using WRITER’s platform, APIs, and custom applications.
- Lead proofs of concept, demonstrations, custom template development, and integrations.
- Advise C-suite executives, VPs of Engineering, and AI leaders on generative AI strategy and enterprise architecture roadmaps.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
- Educate prospects and partners on WRITER’s platform and APIs and support adoption of generative AI solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Sales Engineer, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS company serving Fortune 500 clients.
- Deep expertise in generative AI principles, large language models, and prompt engineering best practices.
- Experience with Python, APIs, and end-to-end orchestration for augmenting AI workflows and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise systems.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Ability to lead multi-stakeholder discovery sessions, identify root causes, and architect solutions to complex business and technical challenges.
- A builder’s mindset and demonstrated ability to connect with customer needs and own the technical success of client engagements.
