Responsibilities
- Design scalable automation architectures integrating Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps for complex workflows across functions and geographies.
- Create solution blueprints covering process mapping, data flows, environment strategy, and integration patterns.
- Define standards for connectors, triggers, data protection, application lifecycle management, deployment, and change control.
- Review Power Automate flow and Power Apps designs for risks, performance issues, reliability, usability, and alignment with enterprise goals.
- Establish governance models, reference architectures, reusable components, and templates for the Power Platform.
- Coordinate with security and compliance stakeholders to implement access controls, monitoring, and auditing.
- Analyze incidents involving flows, applications, dependencies, and external integrations and support problem resolution.
- Optimize existing automations and applications using telemetry, user feedback, and performance metrics.
- Document architecture decisions, solution rationale, and platform standards.
- Mentor experienced professionals in automation design, configuration management, and testing.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on experience designing and implementing complex enterprise solutions with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Experience with canvas apps, model-driven apps, and advanced flow scenarios.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, connectors, and integration concepts for connecting Power Platform solutions with business systems and collaboration tools.
- Knowledge of automation governance, deployment strategies, and environment management at large scale.
- Ability to analyze business processes and convert them into optimized digital workflows.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills for explaining architecture decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently within an architecture framework and collaborate with cross-functional distributed teams.
- Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified Power Platform Solution Architect Expert and Microsoft Certified Power Platform Developer Associate.
