Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy new features for the OnePAM Integration Layer.
- Build and maintain batch processing tools for OnePAM entities and business cases.
- Support applications in production and contribute to the delivery of OIL 2.0.
- Deploy and configure new features and releases in a controlled manner.
- Manage and customize monitoring tools for the team’s application portfolio.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and other teams on shared software components, APIs, and applications.
- Create and maintain documentation for systems and solutions.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and support to less experienced colleagues.
- Use AI tools and agentic development in daily engineering work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in an IT-related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a software developer.
- Mandatory experience with Java 21, Spring or Spring Boot, Maven or Gradle, DevOps teams, relational databases, and AI code-generation tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude.
- Advanced English-language skills.
- Preferred experience with Spring Batch, continuous integration and delivery, code-quality tools, domain-driven design, Kubernetes, OpenShift or Istio, IBM Master Data Management, and distributed teams.
