Responsibilities
- Develop multi-agent frameworks and tools for faster code writing and testing.
- Design and deploy agentic flows to automate complex engineering tasks.
- Create agents for perception debugging to troubleshoot driving behaviors.
- Develop data pipelines and evaluation strategies for AI model deployment.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand workflows and promote DevAI tools.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with multi-agent frameworks and agentic AI systems.
- Deep understanding of modern software development lifecycles.
- Proven track record in spec-driven development methodologies.
- Strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and related techniques.
- Proficiency in architecting complex, large-scale software systems.
- Experience leading technical work across multiple teams.
- 8+ years of software development experience.
