Base Salary
$168k - $207k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external APIs and large language models.
- Design and deploy custom generative AI workflows.
- Establish code governance and security guardrails for AI workflows.
- Partner with teams to evaluate and clean foundational data sources.
- Develop frameworks for prompt engineering and platform upgrades.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software development experience, with 4 years in ServiceNow architecture.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow generative AI solutions.
- Mastery of client/server scripting and customization of Service Portal widgets.
- Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation frameworks and search algorithms.
- Proven track record in managing Update Set promotions and release cycles.
- Exceptional technical communication skills for presenting AI solutions.
