Base Salary
$168k - $207k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD, ITSM, WSD, and custom application solutions.
- Architect and implement integrations between ServiceNow, external APIs, and LLMs using Integration Hub and Custom Skill Kits.
- Design, build, and deploy generative AI workflows and contextual prompts with the Now Assist Skill Kit.
- Establish code governance, standard development patterns, and security guardrails for AI agent orchestration and autonomous workflows.
- Partner with data and business teams to evaluate and clean foundational data sources such as CMDB for accurate AI retrieval.
- Develop frameworks for prompt engineering, Automated Test Frameworks, and platform upgrade strategies.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of software development experience, including at least 4 years specializing in ServiceNow architecture and advanced script configurations.
- Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow generative AI solutions, including Now Assist or custom intelligent chatbots.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript, including client/server scripting and Service Portal widget customization.
- Strong understanding of RAG frameworks, data structures, and enterprise knowledge-base search algorithms.
- Experience managing multi-environment Update Set promotions, release cycles, and technical debt reduction strategies.
- Ability to present complex AI solutions and ROI metrics to business executives.
- Preferred ServiceNow certifications include Certified Technical Architect, Certified Application Developer, or implementation specializations.
- Preferred experience includes AI Control Tower, ITOM, SecOps, BigQuery, Performance Analytics, DevOps pipelines, and source-control integrations.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a closely related quantitative STEM field is preferred.
