Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with research teams and Product Management, User Experience, and Technical Program Management partners.
- Contribute to and drive portions of the product and engineering roadmap.
- Develop functional product features through full-stack development, with backend-focused work also possible.
- Build understanding of language and multimodal technologies and apply them in product contexts.
- Prototype AI solutions for new product features and support bringing them into production.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience in Java or Kotlin.
- Experience launching software, hardware, or digital technology products to market.
- Experience diagnosing, debugging, and resolving technical issues in software or hardware environments.
- Experience developing and maintaining backend, frontend, or full-stack software applications.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.
Benefits
- US base salary of $174000–$252000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
