Base Salary
$128k - $184k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, and improve scalable full-stack web applications and internal tools.
- Develop reliable backends, responsive and UX-rich frontends, data aggregation pipelines, and performance enhancements.
- Analyze problems, identify dependencies, resolve issues, and drive implementation of technical solutions.
- Write and review technical design documents, tests, and code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional users, stakeholders, project managers, product managers, and engineering teams to identify pain points and develop solutions.
- Provide subject-matter expertise while applying relevant Google technologies, engineering practices, and coding standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience in software development.
- At least 4 years of experience in full-stack software development and system design.
- Experience with frontend languages such as JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience with backend languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
- Experience with database technologies such as SQL or NoSQL.
- Preferred: 6 years of experience in full-stack software development and system design.
