Base Salary
$168k - $205k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable end-to-end product features across Java backend services and React frontend applications.
- Own technical projects from architecture and development through deployment and ongoing improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineers to deliver solutions to customer problems.
- Identify recurring customer and Support pain points and build tools, automation, and product improvements that enable self-service and reduce support effort.
- Design and run cloud-based services using AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of backend development experience and deep expertise in Java.
- At least 1 year of professional experience building frontend applications with React.
- Ability to solve complex problems, debug efficiently, and build high-quality systems.
- Experience designing and operating cloud-based services, including microservices architectures.
- Infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipeline, or data-driven API experience is a bonus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
