Base Salary
$188k - $274k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver innovative and engaging prototypes using current front-end technologies.
- Architect prompt-engineering pipelines and middleware layers that map LLM-generated output to UI components.
- Mentor engineers and designers and establish web-engineering excellence standards.
- Contribute to core libraries and define organizational standards for AI product development.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to promote standards and integrate changes into design-system and workflow guidelines.
- Develop inventive, robust solutions that bridge design goals and model capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in a technical, UX, or design setting or related experience.
- At least 6 years of experience in front-end development or UX engineering.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Preferred: 7 years of technical leadership experience.
- Preferred: experience with vibe-coding tools including AI Studio, Cursor, Antigravity, and Firebase Studio.
- Preferred: familiarity working across full technology stacks and production environments.
