Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure.
- Design and build Kubernetes-based infrastructure and applications, including custom Kubernetes Operators and Helm applications.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment workflows.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using infrastructure-as-code and configuration management tools.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to maintain system health and resolve issues quickly.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, deployment, and application-runtime issues.
- Improve DevOps workflows, system reliability, scalability, developer productivity, and delivery speed.
- Apply security and compliance best practices to infrastructure and operational processes.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to DevOps culture and operational design.
- Participate in on-call rotations, production incident response, triage, resolution, and post-incident reviews.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or cloud infrastructure roles.
- Deep expertise with AWS or Azure and services including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, and IAM.
- Advanced experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and developing Kubernetes Operators.
- Proficiency in one or more of Python, Go, or Bash.
- Experience with Jenkins or CloudBees, GitLab CI/CD, Harness, or CircleCI and automated deployment workflows.
- Knowledge of networking, cloud security, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Crossplane.
- Experience with observability tools such as Coralogix, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and root-cause analysis skills.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, including strong written and verbal communication.
