Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build custom AI-powered applications and multi-agent pipelines for HR and enterprise systems.
- Own end-to-end development of secure, production-grade internal tools.
- Design and build API integrations for reliable data flow between HR platforms.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and leadership to translate business requirements into software.
- Drive technical evaluation of new AI tools and frameworks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong fundamentals in frontend and backend development.
- Hands-on experience building and consuming REST APIs and event-driven integrations.
- Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS.
- Strong understanding of security best practices for sensitive data.
- Experience with AI/ML APIs and LLM integrations.
