Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and provide solutions to immediate and cross-functional teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication for project alignment and timely delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in SAP Digital Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in SAP Digital Manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with manufacturing-system and digital-solution integration.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver business-focused software.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
