Responsibilities
- Work with the Product Owner and stakeholders to understand requirements, perform analysis, and develop project plans.
- Define solution architecture and design for Dynamics and Power Platform applications.
- Build Dynamics functionality iteratively with unit and integration testing.
- Integrate external-system data using Service Bus, Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps, and data migration capabilities.
- Support AI Builder and Copilot Studio integrations with Dynamics.
- Drive platform initiatives involving security, resiliency, scalability, observability, upgrades, and integrations with on-premises systems.
- Provide solution design guidance, review code and configurations, build common tools and functions, and automate DevOps at scale.
- Collaborate with Security, Identity Management, Power Engineering, Networking, and Exchange/email teams.
- Support release deployments and provide post-production support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience building web applications.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, and related architecture and design practices.
- Experience with Azure services including Azure Data Factory, Service Bus, Azure SQL, Logic Apps, and Azure Key Vault.
- Experience with Copilot Studio, GitHub Actions for CI/CD, and C#/.NET.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and mature judgment skills.
- Dynamics, Power Platform, or Azure certifications are desired.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns is desired.
- Experience with functional, regression, performance, and integration testing and delivery management is desired.
- Comfort interacting directly with business users at all levels is desired.
