Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and maintain anti-abuse and content moderation infrastructure.
- Collaborate with engineers and researchers to utilize AI techniques against abuse and toxic content.
- Assist with responses to active incidents on the platform.
- Build new tooling and infrastructure to address fundamental problems.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience setting up and maintaining production backend services and data pipelines.
- A humble attitude and eagerness to help colleagues.
- Self-directed with problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in AI safety in production environments.
