Responsibilities
- Work directly with engineers to enhance their effectiveness with AI-assisted development through coaching and workshops.
- Capture and propagate best practices across teams, creating guides and an internal AI knowledge base.
- Support a network of AI champions to scale enablement efforts.
- Identify and address blockers faced by engineers using AI tooling.
- Build internal AI integrations and reusable tooling from prototype to production.
- Evaluate AI tools and deliver actionable recommendations based on the evolving landscape.
- Define and track adoption and productivity metrics to measure impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safe AI practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a senior, hands-on engineer in a product-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript for building services and integrations.
- Deep understanding of agentic coding tools and AI-assisted development workflows.
- Experience taking internal integrations from prototype to production independently.
- Familiarity with third-party APIs and agent-tooling protocols.
- Strong teaching and technical-writing skills to explain complex topics.
- Ability to influence and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- C1 English proficiency for effective communication.
