Base Salary
$186k - $219k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver projects end to end, from scoping to production validation.
- Design and build high-reliability, low-latency systems for millions of users.
- Improve the API framework and tooling for efficient team collaboration.
- Drive operational excellence across T0 services, including SLOs and incident response.
- Partner with product engineering teams to design API schemas and support service launches.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to architectural direction through code and design reviews.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional engineering experience with complex distributed systems.
- Deep proficiency in backend languages like Go or Java.
- Experience in designing microservices and high-availability systems.
- Proven track record of delivering projects end to end in high-performance environments.
- Ability to align technical decisions with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly to improve workflow efficiency.
