Responsibilities
- Build and scale systems that ingest and process large volumes of financial data.
- Architect data lakes that support accounting workflows and the agentic system.
- Build multi-tenant relational databases.
- Investigate and select search engine and vector database configurations for different workflows.
- Help shape product direction and build a technical team from the ground up.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience working with data systems at high-growth companies.
- Familiarity with web development, relational databases, and distributed systems.
- Experience with data pipelines, mission-critical systems such as fintech platforms, or complex workflow engines is a plus.
- Willingness to work in person five days per week in downtown San Mateo.
