Base Salary
$105k - $116k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deliver custom enterprise-level applications.
- Lead small Pariveda teams and mentor teammates in their skills and careers.
- Diagnose and solve complex problems for Fortune 500 clients.
- Execute projects across the full software development lifecycle, including project management, estimation, requirements gathering, architecture, development, testing, and delivery.
- Build cloud applications, data-driven solutions, IoT solutions, machine learning and AI solutions, and modern web and mobile applications.
- Use AI tools strategically to improve client solutions while communicating their value, limitations, and ethical use.
- Present findings, solutions, and demonstrations to senior executives and other stakeholders.
- Lead community service and social gathering events.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Experience with technical leadership, such as coaching others or leading project components involving estimation, task assignment, timelines, requirements gathering, or design.
- Client-facing or consulting experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to create and implement innovative solutions and solve complex problems.
- Ability to balance multiple responsibilities and adapt to varied environments.
- Ability to explain and present concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, or Engineering, or comparable experience.
- Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship.
