Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and review complex task lists, scopes, and level-of-effort estimates aligned with customer requirements and business objectives.
- Lead customer engagements, multiple standard engagements, or multiple workstreams on complex engagements as a trusted advisor.
- Design, implement, guide, and integrate Red Hat solutions through pilot and production deployments.
- Gather and analyze complex functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Deliver product demonstrations and compelling presentations to diverse audiences.
- Mentor junior and new team members and coordinate team activities when needed.
- Identify technical challenges, develop solutions to mitigate risks, and provide customer feedback to internal teams.
- Promote Red Hat Services offerings and lead internal initiatives supporting innovation, efficiency, and growth.
Requirements
- Expert experience designing and implementing complex services solutions that contribute to revenue growth.
- Experience leading consultative engagements and developing solutions for complex business challenges.
- Expert ability to gather technical requirements, estimate level of effort, and develop solution architectures.
- Expert knowledge of Red Hat ’s product portfolio and its application across diverse environments.
- Ability to deliver product demonstrations, mentor team members, and provide expert customer guidance.
