Responsibilities
- Define enterprise-wide integration architectures for new deals and major change requests.
- Provide solutioning and design assurance for client RFPs and digital integration initiatives.
- Analyze applications, data formats, exchange points, connectivity requirements, technology environments, and client needs.
- Lead the design, development, implementation, validation, documentation, and quality assurance of integration solutions.
- Evaluate integration products and solutions, identify risks and tradeoffs, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend mitigations.
- Enable delivery teams through integration frameworks, standards, metrics, reusable components, technical guidance, and issue resolution.
- Support pre-sales teams and present solution designs and integration principles to clients.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, product owners, technical leaders, peer architects, and delivery stakeholders.
- Develop proof-of-concepts, case studies, demonstrations, white papers, blogs, and points of view on digital integration.
- Mentor developers, designers, and junior architects and support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management activities.
Requirements
- Mandatory Oracle PaaS Cloud Architect skills.
- 8–10 years of experience.
- Experience defining and implementing enterprise integration architectures and frameworks.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, architecture documentation, design assurance, risk mitigation, and client-facing solution guidance.
- Ability to collaborate with sales, program/project, consulting, IT, client, and delivery teams.
- Ability to mentor technical team members and contribute to integration practice development.
