Responsibilities
- Architect and implement AI-powered capabilities including code generation, intelligent node creation, and workflow optimization.
- Integrate LLM APIs and embedding models for text-to-workflow experiences and natural-language code suggestions.
- Design and iterate on prompts to improve model output and user experience.
- Build internal tooling, evaluation benchmarks, and automated testing for AI components.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver reliable, performant, scalable AI features.
- Improve existing AI integrations, develop new integrations, and contribute AI insights to the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building web-based products, ideally in B2B SaaS startups.
- Strong full-stack development skills with TypeScript, Node.js, and API design.
- Production experience shipping AI-powered features using LLM APIs such as OpenAI and Anthropic.
- Understanding of agent architectures, chat completion roles, embedding vectors, vector databases, and chunking strategies.
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, embedding models, and vector stores.
- Experience building end-to-end systems that translate machine intelligence into user value.
- Bonus: experience fine-tuning LLMs or building retrieval-augmented generation systems.
- Bonus: frontend experience with Vue or React.
- Bonus: technical writing or documentation contributions related to developer tools or AI.
- Bonus: experience with agent orchestration, multi-step AI state management, code quality evaluation metrics, or context optimization techniques.
