Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI applications, APIs, and microservices.
- Optimize RAG pipelines and advanced search architectures for grounding LLMs on enterprise data.
- Build multi-agent systems and autonomous workflows for complex business processes.
- Integrate commercial and foundational models through Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud environments.
- Implement responsible AI controls, content moderation, privacy safeguards, guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and production monitoring.
- Rapidly prototype GenAI proof-of-concepts and demonstrate capabilities to internal leaders and external clients.
Requirements
- Require 4–7 years of software development experience and strong computer science fundamentals.
- Require deep proficiency in Python and its standard libraries.
- Require experience building secure RESTful or GraphQL APIs with frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Require hands-on experience with at least one major cloud AI ecosystem, including GCP, Microsoft Azure, or AWS offerings.
- Require proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or LangGraph.
- Require practical experience with vector databases or search engines such as Pinecone, Milvus, Qdrant, Chroma, Vertex AI Vector Search, or Azure AI Search.
- Require expertise in prompt engineering, text embeddings, semantic search, and advanced chunking strategies.
- Require Docker containerization, basic Kubernetes knowledge, Git-based delivery pipelines, and familiarity with LLM monitoring tools such as LangSmith, Langfuse, or Arize Phoenix.
- Preferred qualifications include model fine-tuning with PEFT or LoRA and Hugging Face libraries, Neo4j and GraphRAG knowledge, Streamlit, Chainlit, or Gradio experience, and familiarity with MLOps pipelines.
- Education qualification is listed as BE, BTech, MTech, MCA, or full-time MBA; the required degree field also specifies Master of Business Administration.
