Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and scale enterprise-grade generative AI solutions for business-critical applications.
- Build and maintain RAG pipelines involving embeddings, chunking, vector databases, reranking, grounding, and evaluation.
- Develop AI agents, APIs, and enterprise application integrations using Microsoft Agent Framework, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangChain, or LangGraph.
- Build backend applications using Python, including asynchronous programming, and integrate enterprise systems using Java and Spring Framework.
- Use Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Snowflake, and Cortex AI for production AI solutions.
- Implement prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, testing, model performance optimization, guardrails, monitoring, and observability.
- Deploy AI applications using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, AKS, Azure Functions, and related cloud tooling.
- Optimize AI systems for accuracy, latency, scalability, reliability, and operational cost.
- Integrate AI systems securely with enterprise data platforms using compliance controls, access management, and secrets management.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance, mentor engineering teams, drive AI adoption, and enable knowledge transfer across development squads.
Requirements
- 6–12 years of professional experience, including 6+ years of Python programming and 3+ years of Java and Spring Framework experience.
- MCA, B.E., B.Tech, or M.Tech qualification.
- Strong experience developing production generative AI solutions with Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure AI Search.
- Experience building RAG pipelines, AI agents, APIs, and enterprise application integrations.
- Strong SQL expertise and experience with Snowflake and Cortex AI, including Cortex Search and LLM Functions.
- Experience with prompt engineering, LLM evaluation frameworks, testing, model optimization, and production quality metrics.
- Experience with cloud deployment and DevOps tools including Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, AKS, and Azure Functions.
- Preferred experience with React.js, Azure AI Content Safety, responsible AI, regulated industries, real-time streaming, token-level LLM operations, performance optimization, caching, and cost optimization.
- Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate Certification is preferred.
- Preferred experience mentoring engineering teams, delivering end-to-end AI solutions, implementing guardrails and observability, and collaborating across technical and business teams.
