Base Salary
$113k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead executive and stakeholder discovery workshops to identify business challenges, technology maturity, organizational gaps, and transformation opportunities.
- Develop strategic roadmaps and architect future-state solutions across Adobe Experience Cloud and broader marketing technology ecosystems.
- Create presentations, architectural diagrams, integration concepts, business cases, ROI models, and value-realization recommendations.
- Partner with Adobe sellers, account leaders, technical SMEs, and client teams on solution positioning, technical storytelling, and business development.
- Identify Adobe licensing and growth opportunities and build client confidence through strategic consultation and thought leadership.
- Advise clients on content supply chain, customer data platforms, personalization, analytics, journey orchestration, workflow management, and generative AI.
- Create reusable discovery frameworks, business-case models, and approaches that scale across engagements.
Requirements
- Experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, pre-sales, or enterprise transformation leadership.
- Proven experience leading discovery workshops and executive stakeholder conversations.
- Experience building business cases, ROI models, and transformation roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of customer data, marketing technology, analytics, workflow management, or digital experience platforms.
- Experience partnering closely with sales organizations and account teams.
- Experience with multiple Adobe solutions, including Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager Assets, Workfront, and GenStudio.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, executive presence, collaboration, business orientation, and curiosity about emerging technology and AI.
