Responsibilities
- Lead the design, build, and maintenance of automated pipelines using Harness, Jenkins Pipelines, Ansible, and Python.
- Manage controlled releases in regulated and audited environments through formal change gate processes.
- Coordinate security scans and track remediation with risk and security stakeholders.
- Partner on enterprise risk acceptance and mitigation activities.
- Oversee software asset and End-of-Life lifecycle management using Flexera.
- Guide and mentor team members and act as an escalation point for release, automation, and compliance matters.
Requirements
- Hands-on expertise building and managing automated pipelines with Harness, Jenkins Pipelines, and Ansible.
- Strong Python skills for scripting and automation.
- Experience managing controlled releases in regulated and audited environments, including change gate processes.
- Experience with enterprise risk acceptance and mitigation processes, security scan coordination, and remediation tracking.
- Hands-on experience with Flexera and End-of-Life software lifecycle management.
- Payment or financial services platform experience, ServiceNow familiarity, and PCI-regulated environment experience are preferred.
