Responsibilities
- Own the architecture of the dashboard platform and the design system used across the company.
- Provide technical depth and de-risk high-impact engineering initiatives.
- Make technical decisions across multiple teams and escalate blocking issues effectively.
- Act as a technical multiplier by setting direction, mentoring engineers, and supporting engineering culture.
- Remain hands-on and lead the hardest technical problems.
- Communicate technical strategies and recommendations using metrics and data to senior stakeholders and executives.
- Work alongside Global Growth engineering managers and Principal Engineers across the company.
Requirements
- Full-stack software engineering background with deep frontend architecture experience and strong hands-on backend expertise.
- Track record operating as a senior technical leader across multiple teams.
- Experience setting technical direction, mentoring engineers, and earning the trust of engineers and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to make architectural decisions across an entire domain and balance immediate needs with long-term flexibility.
- Proactive leadership, empowered decision-making, systems thinking, and pragmatic judgment.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to collaborate across different parts of the organization.
